Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we offer our products and services.

These Terms of Service govern your access to our website and any order placed through it.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

  1. USING OUR WEBSITE

You must use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems.
• Use the website fraudulently or for any unlawful activity.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without our written permission.
• Infringe our intellectual-property rights or those of another person.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or the security of the website is at risk.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, photographs, availability and prices are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings. Handmade products and products made from natural materials may also have minor variations in colour, grain, texture or finish. These natural variations are not necessarily defects.

Product measurements and sizing information are provided as guidance. Please review the relevant size guide before ordering.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices shown are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Any delivery charges or other applicable costs will be shown before you complete your order.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order may be subject to payment-provider authorisation and fraud-prevention checks.

We may correct an obvious pricing or description error. If such an error affects an order, we will contact you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

  1. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

A binding contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:

• The product is unavailable.
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• The delivery address is incomplete, invalid or outside an available delivery area.
• We identify suspected fraud or misuse.
• An obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred.
• A purchase appears intended for unauthorised resale.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

  1. DELIVERY

Delivery options, charges, areas, processing arrangements and estimated times are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays may occur because of severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruption, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

For most online purchases, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods and then a further 14 days to return them, subject to applicable exceptions.

SEGA STORE additionally offers free 30-day returns on eligible UK orders in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Returned goods may be inspected, and a refund may be reduced where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods has diminished their value.

Nothing in our voluntary returns policy restricts your statutory rights.

  1. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS

We are legally responsible for supplying goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose.

If an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, contact customercare@segastore.uk with your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

  1. QUALITY GUARANTEES

Certain eligible footwear may include a separate voluntary quality guarantee where this is stated on the relevant product, warranty or registration page.

Any voluntary guarantee is subject to its published eligibility requirements, exclusions and claim procedure. It operates in addition to, and does not replace or restrict, your statutory consumer rights.

  1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, competitions, vouchers and discount codes may be subject to separate terms.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively.
• Promotions may be limited by time, product, stock, customer or territory.
• We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by error, fraud or misuse.

  1. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for keeping your account and login information secure and for providing accurate, current information.

Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend an account where necessary to protect you, other customers or the website.

  1. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it.
• It is accurate and based on your genuine experience.
• It does not infringe another person’s rights.
• It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading or harmful.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use submitted content for operating and promoting SEGA STORE.
