British direction, specialist manufacturing

Our QUIVE London formal footwear is designed in Northampton, England and manufactured in India. Many styles are predominantly handmade by skilled craftspeople. Across the wider catalogue, we work with specialist manufacturing partners to develop products for UK customers, including practical fits and materials selected for their intended environment.

We believe quality, design and clear product information should matter more than inflated positioning. SEGASTORE combines performance credibility with an understated luxury standard, offering products intended to deliver genuine value at an accessible price.

One standard across our platforms

SEGASTORE, QUIVE London and QUIVE.co.uk are operated within the SEGA International brand family. Policies for the same footwear type are kept consistent across our platforms, while each website retains a distinct shopping experience.

Customer confidence

Next-day UK delivery is free on orders of £20 or more and costs £2.99 below £20. Eligible UK orders have 30-day free returns and clear customer-care routes. Eligible formal footwear has a one-year warranty and all sports shoes have a six-month warranty, subject to fair use, registration within 30 days and the applicable terms and conditions.
