Please include your order number, the product name or model and the email address used for the order. This helps our team respond efficiently.

Warranty registration and claims

Eligible formal footwear has a one-year warranty and all sports shoes have a six-month warranty, subject to fair use and the applicable terms and conditions. Registration is required within 30 days of purchase.

Returns and faults

Please contact us before sending an item back. For a faulty or incorrect item, include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. Our team will provide the appropriate next steps.
