Shipping Policy

Free Next-Day UK Delivery

We provide free next-day delivery on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.

Dispatch and Delivery

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched on the next working day.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday, they are processed on Tuesday.
• Orders placed on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
• Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
• We aim to deliver on the next working day after dispatch, although delivery may occasionally take 1–2 working days.
• Saturday delivery may be available, but it is not guaranteed.

Delivery Areas

Delivery is available to eligible UK addresses. Some services may not be available for PO Box, BFPO, remote or restricted addresses.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address provided with your order.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe.

Incorrect Addresses and Missed Deliveries

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the carrier may leave it in a safe place, deliver it to a neighbour or provide instructions for redelivery or collection.
