SEGASTORE provides additional warranty cover for eligible footwear when the product is registered within 30 days of purchase.
Warranty periods
- All formal footwear: one-year warranty.
- All sports shoes: six-month warranty.
Fair-use terms
The warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or construction during normal intended use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect care, unsuitable playing surfaces, water or chemical damage, or products altered or repaired by a third party. Registration
Register eligible footwear within 30 days of purchase and keep your order number and proof of purchase.
Claims
Claims must include the order number, product model, purchase date, date the issue was first noticed, a description of the issue and clear supporting evidence. Do not return a product until customer care provides instructions.
This voluntary warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
